The west wing contains the Queen bedroom, also featuring sliding doors to the deck and an HDTV, with a second bathroom located immediately next door in the hallway.

At the heart of the home is the great room, characterized by a peaked beadboard ceiling and exposed beams. A wall of windows frames the stunning mountain views, while the interior is anchored by a feature bark wall and a stone woodburning fireplace with an overhead HDTV. • Pets: Up to 4 mature dogs are allowed (other pets are not permitted)
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site
• Parking: Limited to a maximum of two cars
• Winter Travel: AWD or 4WD vehicles and/or chains are required during winter months
• Smoking: No smoking inside the home; no trace of smoking allowed outside
• House Rules: No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy; keep noise respectable; do not leave food or trash outside
• Additional: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 60 days of arrival. Firewood bundles may be purchased with a week's notice.
