• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guests must check in at the North Gate of BRMC to receive arrival packets. Gate hours are Mon-Fri 7am-9pm and Sat-Sun 8am-9pm.
• A BRMC amenity fee of $50/day (capped at $500) applies.
• 4WD/AWD vehicles are required from November to March.
• Maximum of 2 mature dogs permitted.
• Minimum reservation age is 25.
• No smoking inside or trace of smoking outside.
• No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy.
• Guests must sign a Rental Agreement within 60 days of arrival.
