This comfortable, well-maintained, and family-friendly home features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with the capacity to welcome up to 6 guests. The layout is split-level and tiled throughout, offering a spacious environment for your stay. Sleeping arrangements include two dedicated bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Step into an open and airy living area that boasts a fabulous view of the ocean. The villa is designed for easy indoor-outdoor living; simply walk through the sliding glass doors from the main living space onto a private patio facing the Atlantic Ocean. From there, it is only a few steps to the boardwalk leading directly to the beach. On another level, you will find a small grassy yard surrounded by serene trees, providing a peaceful slice of nature.

The kitchen was updated at the end of 2016 and is comfortably sized with easy access to storage and appliances. It comes fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and small appliances to make your stay effortless. For entertainment, the home is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player.

Located in a small and intimate complex of only 32 units, you enjoy a quiet atmosphere while remaining next door to the amenities of the Omni hotel. Guests have access to the complex's own pool and tennis court. Nearby, the Amelia Island Plantation provides a wealth of activities, including golf, tennis, nature and Segway tours, bike and walking trails, a spa, shops, and restaurants.
