This home is designed for relaxation and luxury, offering a serene escape where long, layered vistas put your mind at ease.

The residence features 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main level is anchored by a beautiful kitchen boasting granite counters, an undermount sink, stainless appliances, and a large island. This level also hosts a king suite complete with a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a fabulous private bathroom featuring a double granite vanity and an artistic tiled shower. For lounging, a leather sofa and custom-made chairs surround a cozy gas fireplace and a large TV with YouTube TV.

On the lower level, you will find two additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. This floor includes a game room with a gas log fireplace, pool table, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for gathering. A second full bath with a granite counter and tiled shower serves the hallway.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The main level deck offers a covered seating area with a wood-burning fireplace, cushioned wicker seating, and wooden Adirondacks positioned for the views, along with a gas grill for easy cooking. The lower deck provides access to a brand new hot tub, perfect for soaking while enjoying the amazing mountain scenery.

Guests have access to a variety of community amenities, including the Lookout Grill seasonal restaurant, a brand new outdoor pool at The Meadows, and the Ascent Wellness & Fitness center. The surrounding area features over 60 miles of creeks, streams, and waterfalls, as well as pickleball and bocce ball courts.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs are allowed (additional pet rent of $50 per pet per night plus tax applies). No other pets permitted.
• Access: All guests must check in at the North Gate of BRMC. Gate hours are Mon-Fri 7am-9pm and Sat-Sun 8am-9pm.
• Winter Travel: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November to March; chains may be necessary.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside or outside the home. No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy. Minimum age to reserve is 25.
• Fees: A mandatory BRMC amenity fee of $50/day (capped at $500/reservation) applies to all stays.
