The layout is spread across multiple levels for maximum privacy. The main entry level hosts a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private deck offering stunning views and a 5-seater hot tub. This level also includes a garage converted into a game area with a ping-pong table. Downstairs, you will find another queen bedroom with its own bathroom and lower deck access. The central living level features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and large TV. This level also includes a coffee bar and a half bathroom. The top floor houses a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a luxurious master suite with expansive mountain views, both featuring private bathrooms.

Located within the Blue Ridge Mountain Club (BRMC), guests have access to a vast network of community amenities. Explore over 6,000 acres of hiking trails, 60 miles of creeks and streams, and various waterfalls. Enjoy the outdoor pool at The Meadows, pickleball and bocce ball courts, horseshoes, and the seasonal Lookout Grill. The Ascent Wellness & Fitness center offers personal training and specialized classes. Please note that BRMC is an up-and-coming community; construction noise may be audible Monday through Saturday during specified hours.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Gate Access: All guests must check in at the North Gate (Open Mon-Fri 7am-9pm, Sat-Sun 8am-9pm). After-hours access is available via call box.
• Pet Policy: One mature, well-trained dog 50 lbs or less is permitted.
• Vehicle Requirements: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November to March; chains may be necessary.
• Community Fees: A BRMC amenity fee of $50/day (capped at $500/reservation) applies.
• Restrictions: No guest-owned ATVs, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes are allowed on trails. UTV rentals are available exclusively through Appalachian UTV.
• Other: The elevator is not available for guest use. Minimum booking age is 25.
