• Pets: Up to 2 mature dogs allowed; other pets are not permitted.
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site.

• Access: Accessed via a gravel driveway; 4WD/AWD or chains are recommended from November to April.
• Security: Exterior-only security cameras and noise alert monitoring systems are in place for safety and neighborhood respect.
