If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine. ➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy ➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner or other designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible. ➢ Cameras if present, are placed for exterior of property only. It is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.

➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use. ➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; if you smoke it, smoke it outside; if you drink it, drink it inside... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts... ➢Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rollie polis, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
