• Registration: A $100 registration fee is charged by the South Seas Northwest Manager, which includes one parking pass. Additional passes are required for overnight guests with automobiles.
• Building Notice: Please be aware that exterior work is currently being performed on the building; the extent of noise is unknown.
• Turtle Nesting Season: From May 1 through October 31, guests must turn off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and close Gulf-facing drapes to protect endangered sea turtles. Violations may result in substantial legal fines.
