Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a non-negotiable fee of $25 per night for short-term stays, $150 per week, or $300 per month per pet. Please inform the host in advance when booking.

House Rules:

• Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, including all outdoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee applies if any evidence of smoking is found.
• Events and parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine.
• Early arrivals or late departures are subject to fees ranging from $25 to $100 (or the cost of an extra night) to ensure the cleaning service can maintain high standards.
