The home is configured with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first level features a master bedroom with a King bed and a TV, with convenient access to a bathroom that is also reachable via the hallway. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom containing two twin beds, accompanied by another full bath. Between the rooms is a spectacular loft area boasting large triangular windows, soft lighting, a Papasan chair, comfy floor cushions, and a small floor tea table—an excellent spot for morning coffee, evening wine, or meditation while viewing the mountain scenery.

The interior is highlighted by hardwood floors throughout and a beautiful kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seats, complemented by a dining table that seats six. In the living room, a comfortable couch, loveseat, and a wood-burning fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. Outdoor living is equally inviting, with an upper deck featuring a grill, a bistro table with two chairs, and two Adirondack chairs for overlooking the valley. The yard includes a fire pit perfect for evening marshmallow roasts, and a lower deck with two chairs to enjoy the vista. For added accessibility, the cabin is wheelchair accessible and includes a small portable ramp in the master bathroom closet to reach the upper deck.

Located just fifteen minutes north of Boone, the retreat puts the best of the High Country within a short drive. Guests can enjoy a .8 mile walk down the hill to the New River, one of the oldest rivers in the world, which is ideal for rafting, tubing, and fishing. Alternatively, the river is accessible by car at the Big Hill Community Park nearby.
