The home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom features a King bed and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed. For additional guests, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The bathroom is situated off the hall and includes a stone tiled shower and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.

The main living area is centered around a gas log fireplace and microsuede couches, providing a cozy spot to stream favorites on the SmartTV. The updated kitchen is a highlight, boasting leathered granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and custom easy-close cabinets, with seating for three at the bar and a small window-side table for two. For entertainment, the home now includes a lower-level game room featuring a foosball table and a kid-friendly dart board. Please note the lower level has a lower ceiling height and is not centrally heated, though a fan heater is provided for comfort.

Outdoor living is a breeze with a gravel parking pad and a mildly sloped path leading into the home (no stairs). Guests can breathe in the cool mountain air while utilizing the gas grill and patio table, or end the evening roasting s'mores in the firepit.

Perfectly situated for adventure, the cottage is within walking distance to the entrance gate of Appalachian Ski Mountain. It is also less than 10 minutes from both Boone and Blowing Rock, putting the wonderful shopping and dining experiences of both towns within easy reach.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Restrictions: No pets allowed; no smoking inside or outside; no parties or gatherings above posted occupancy.
• Requirements: Minimum reservation age is 25. A signed Rental Agreement is required within 60 days of arrival.
• Winter Travel: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November to March, and chains may be necessary. No refunds are provided for guests unprepared for winter weather.
• Additional Details: Firewood may be purchased for $25 plus tax per night with one week's notice. A starter set of paper products and toiletries is provided for the first night or two.
