This charming retreat offers incredible New River frontage, a fenced-in yard, and accommodations for up to 8 guests. The main level features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds in the bedroom, providing ample sleeping space. Upstairs in the semi-enclosed loft, you'll find a queen bed and full bathroom. The spacious master suite on the lowest level boasts a king bed and private full bathroom. This lower level also includes a separate seating area with a flat-screen TV, Foosball table, and arcade machine, all with doors opening to a covered porch overlooking the soothing New River. Step outside and enjoy the serene sounds of the river, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The home is just a 5-minute walk from Wahoo's Adventures, offering tubing and white water rafting. When it's time to explore the area, you'll find yourself only 20 minutes from downtown Boone, 30 minutes from West Jefferson, and 35 minutes from Blowing Rock - central to the High Country's best attractions. This home includes a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Towels and linens will be provided, and the property is pet-friendly, allowing up to 4 mature dogs. Please observe a quiet hour of 10 PM, as there are full-time residents nearby. During winter months, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required.
