This spacious retreat is designed for family fun and relaxation. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and an attached bathroom, while the guest bedroom provides two full beds. For additional sleeping space, a queen sofa bed is available, ensuring there is plenty of room for the whole family. For entertainment, you will find TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is thoughtfully prepared for your arrival. The interior includes a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen bar. To help you pack light, bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A starter pack of essentials is provided, including dish and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soaps.

Step outside to discover a large backyard perfect for outdoor fun, or head out the back door and walk straight to the ocean. The large oceanfront pool is just steps away from your patio, offering effortless access to water and sun.

Located in the heart of Amelia Island, you are perfectly positioned to explore local shops to the north and south. • Parking: One marked spot (E1) plus open parking for additional guests
• Pets: Not allowed
• Deposit: A $500 hold is collected on arrival and released 3 days after checkout, pending no damage
• Fees: Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and security deposits
• Cancellations: 10% of booking fee is non-refundable. Full refund schedules vary: 90% if cancelled 61+ days prior, 50% between 31-60 days, and no refund within 30 days.
