The heart of the home is a warm and inviting living area centered around a magnificent gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding on crisp mountain evenings. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and features a convenient island with connected seating for family gatherings. Step outside to the expansive covered deck to enjoy a wood-burning fireplace or relax at the high-top gas fire table under a star-studded sky. For ultimate rejuvenation, a luxurious hot tub is situated on a private lower-level deck, offering an unparalleled vantage point to soak in the sights and sounds of nature.

Located within the prestigious Blue Ridge Mountain Club, guests have access to a world of adventure across 6,000+ acres, including expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks, over 60 miles of creeks and streams, and numerous waterfalls. Community features include pickleball and bocce ball courts, horseshoes, the seasonal Lookout Grill, and a brand new outdoor pool at The Meadows. Wellness seekers can visit the Ascent Wellness & Fitness center for personal training and various fitness classes.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Pet-friendly; allows up to two well-trained, mature dogs for an additional $25 per night, per dog.
• Parking: Paved parking for two standard vehicles, plus space for one vehicle inside the garage.
• Winter Access: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November to March; chains may be necessary.
• Gate Access: All guests must check in at the North Gate. Gate hours are Mon-Fri 7am-9pm and Sat-Sun 8am-9pm. After-hours access is available via call box.
• Fees: A BRMC amenity fee of $50/day (capped at $500 per reservation) applies to all stays.
• Construction Notice: As an up-and-coming community, construction noise may be audible Mon-Sat during specified daytime hours. Construction is prohibited on Sundays and major holidays.
• Vehicle Restriction: Guests may not bring their own UTVs, ATVs, or dirt bikes; rentals are available exclusively through Appalachian UTV.
