About Property

Experience luxury at Beachside Resort & Residences, a stunning getaway set on seven acres of property overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Unwind in the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation in sunny Key West, where you can immerse yourself in the island's unique charm while enjoying high-end comfort.

This elegant condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for privacy and comfort, featuring a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a double vanity and whirlpool tub, and a second bedroom with a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, accessible via a lock-out door. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa.

The interior boasts an open-concept floor plan that seamlessly connects the indoor living area to a private balcony, providing a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee with views overlooking the resort and pool area. The fully-equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring stainless-steel appliances and all the essential cooking tools needed for a home-cooked meal.

While the resort offers extensive facilities, please note that general amenities are provided through the resort complex rather than the individual unit. Guests enjoy a personalized check-in experience and access to an on-site marina, a waterview fitness center, and a 46,000-gallon heated pool and hot tub. For those seeking adventure, a Guest Experience Manager (GEM) is available for recommendations on water excursions and bike rentals. Dining options abound on-site, from the award-winning Tavern N Town to poolside meals at Chicken Walk.

Conveniently located on north Key West, the resort is situated just 10 minutes from the vibrant attractions of Duval Street. To make exploration easy, a daily shuttle runs from 9am to 11pm, and Brightwild Adventures offers on-site bike and watercraft rentals.
