The layout is designed for convenience and privacy, as each bedroom enjoys its own dedicated bathroom. On the ground floor, the first bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower, large bath tub, and double sink, with direct access to the pool deck. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms with king beds and TVs, while the children will love the themed spaces: one exciting room with two bunk beds and a Toy Story theme, and another featuring two full beds with a fun Mickey Mouse theme.

Living spaces are designed for gathering, with an open-plan layout and modern furnishings. The main lounge boasts a large sofa for family movie nights, while the upstairs lounge provides a second comfy retreat with a TV and Playstation for the kids. For dining, the home is well-equipped with 10 chairs at the dining table, 4 kitchen bar stools, and 8 additional seats for outdoor dining.

Step outside to the beautiful pool area, where a private pool and jacuzzi face West, allowing you to watch the sunset while sipping cocktails. The outdoor experience is completed with a BBQ and included pool heating. For indoor entertainment, a spacious game room is located in the garage, offering endless fun for all ages.
