To ensure a wonderful experience for all, please note the following practical information. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late check-outs are not guaranteed but may be requested for a fee ($100 for 1-2 hours; $200 for 2-3 hours). The primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Pets are allowed with a $75 fee for up to 2 pets (no cats permitted); unauthorized pets incur an additional $100 fee.

House rules include a strict no-smoking policy ($200 fine), no parties or events, and no food or drink in bedrooms (except closed water bottles). Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. Garage access is not permitted. All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, which includes guest verification and a signed rental agreement, choosing between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. A non-refundable 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds per Stripe policy.
