This spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 3 sofa beds to ensure there is plenty of room for your entire company to snooze in comfort.

Designed for the young and young-at-heart, the home is packed with entertainment. Game on with a selection of board games, skee ball, and hoops. When it is time to unwind, take a dip in the pool or enjoy a sumptuous soak in the covered spa featuring scenic water views. End your evenings under the stars by the firepit.

Located in the peaceful Mandarin area, the property is conveniently situated about 3 miles (a 5-minute drive) from the Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guest Screening: All guests must verify details through Know Your Guest prior to booking.
• Pets: This is a pet-friendly home. Fees are $25/day, $150/week, or $300/month per pet. Bully breeds are not allowed; animals over 25lbs or multiple pets require prior approval. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge.
• Pool & Spa: Recommended for swimmers only. Pool heaters run on a preset timer; temperatures are not guaranteed and the spa may be inoperable during freezing temperatures. Do not remove monitoring or cleaning devices.
• General Rules: No parties allowed on site. All hours are quiet hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home ($500 fine) and is only permitted in the backyard.
• Other: Undisclosed guests will result in a $500 fine per person. Extra guest fees may apply based on utility and cleaning increases. Please note that groundskeeping and maintenance occur regularly and may cause occasional noise disturbances.
