Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late check-outs are not guaranteed but may be requested in advance for a fee ($100 for 1-2 hours; $200 for 2-3 hours).

• Pets: Allowed with a $100 fee per reservation for up to 2 pets (no cats). Unannounced pets incur an additional $100 fee.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+ and an adult over 21 must be present.
• House Rules: No smoking (violations result in a $200 fine), no parties or events, and no food or drink in bedrooms (except closed water bottles). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Cleaning: Please wash dishes, run the dishwasher, and dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
• Security: Keep windows closed and the storage closet locked.

All guests are required to complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before check-in, which includes verification and the choice between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds per Stripe's policy.
