Guests: For safety and security, only registered guests are allowed onsite.

Parking: There is a 3-car limit for this gated community. Vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided they DO NOT block sidewalks. DO NOT park on the streets or on the grass. Park vehicles only in designated parking spaces or as directed by the property owner. If a 3rd car does not fit in the driveway, you are allowed one vehicle in the overflow parking lot located at the entrance of the resort.

Windsor Hills Clubhouse Dress code: Proper attire is to be worn at all times in accordance with acceptable practice for the particular facility. Shirts, cover-ups and shoes must be worn at all times while in the clubhouse and at Windsor Hills Marketplace & Grill.

Pool and Safety: Guests assume full responsibility for their safety while using the pool. Always supervise children and non-swimmers when they are in or near the pool. No diving or running around the pool area is allowed. Please comply with all pool safety rules and regulations.

Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited in the vacation rental: loud parties, illegal drug use, excessive alcohol consumption, disruptive behavior, and any activity that violates local laws or regulations.

Smoking and Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the vacation rental for fire safety.

Animals or Pets: No animals or pets of any kind are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized presence of animals or pets will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of rents paid along with any additional damages and or cleaning necessary to the house.

Maintenance and Damages: Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

Food: No food of any kind in bedrooms.

Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash in the bench-mate located just outside the front door of the home. Trash will be collected after 10 AM every day including National Holidays. Loose trash and rubbish will not be collected. All trash MUST be in 13-gallon trash bags and if it is not properly bagged it will not be collected. All cardboard boxes including pizza boxes MUST be broken down and tightly packed. Liquids should be poured down the sink and not placed in trash bags. All glass bottles, diapers, pet waste, metal cans and loose food MUST be double bagged. Please ensure the bench-mate is able to fully close to prevent rodents from accessing the garbage. Please keep the property clean and in good condition throughout your stay.

Should the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately at the sole discretion of the host. The Tenants agree to vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement. The Tenants agree to forfeit and waive all rights to security deposit if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period and are also responsible for any additional cost or damages occurred by said breach unless written approval to extend their rental term is agreed to by the host.
