The spacious living room, with its cozy couch and chairs, sliding glass doors to the balcony, and flat-screen TV, provides the perfect space to unwind. Both the living room and master bedroom offer direct balcony access, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a blender for tropical cocktails, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious island-inspired meals, which can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table or al fresco on the balcony. Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights, with king-sized beds, tropical décor, and ample storage. The South Seas community surrounds you with an array of resort-style amenities, including a heated pool with tiki umbrellas, 12 pickleball courts, 6 clay tennis courts, a fitness center, charcoal grills, and a social room. During the prime season (January-April), the pickleball courts are restricted to round-robin doubles play from 8 AM to 12 PM, unless unoccupied, and a tennis ball machine is available for use.
