• All periods are subject to seasonal minimum stays, which may be greater than indicated on this page.
• Typical minimums are 5-7 nights, however shorter stay bookings MAY be accepted for pre-existing gaps in our calendar, which will be quoted at the best price possible.
• Shorter than normal minimum stays and/or last minute bookings are subject to additional security scrutiny.
• The rates shown on this page are accurate on a nightly basis, but may not be correct in total if the dates requested do not meet the minimum stay requirements.
• If your requested dates are less than the minimum stay in effect for the period you inquire about, you will be quoted a total based on the minimum number of nights accepted for that period. This may be more than the amount you see presented on this page.
• Optional items are not included in prices shown. Pool Heat ($22/night) is usually needed during winter months. Other optional items include full size BBQ with fuel, baby items, scooters, and seasonal decorating.
• A $500 Account/Security Deposit will be due shortly before arrival. This will be administered separately from AirBnB, and is taken as a Credit Card Authorization ONLY. No charge is made, and no need to process a refund after your stay.

Christmas Bookings

Due to the Holiday Season being a Peak Demand time in Orlando, bookings are subject to the following requirements:

Bookings are subject to a minimum charge of one week/seven nights. One week bookings may include either Christmas Eve through Boxing Day (the day after Christmas), or New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, but not both. In other words, one week (or less) bookings MUST have an arrival or departure date on December 27th through December 29th. This is done to leave a full week available around the unbooked holiday for other guests to book. Bookings which fail to meet this criteria, regardless of length, will be subject to a minimum charge of two weeks/fourteen nights. In other words, a guest could book only six nights, for example December 26th to January 1st, but would be subject to the minimum fourteen nights charge. The minimum periods/charges apply to any additional or extra options added to the rental.
