The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds, ensuring a flexible sleeping arrangement for families or friends. Both bedrooms include their own flat-screen TVs for your entertainment. The master bathroom provides a tub and shower, while the guest bathroom features a glass and tile walk-in shower.

Designed for those who love to cook and entertain, the kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting granite countertops, new cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The open-concept living area has a contemporary flair, featuring a large sectional sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, while the dining area comfortably seats four. Additional passes are available for overnight guests with vehicles. Be advised that exterior work is currently being performed on the building, and noise levels may vary.

Important Rules: From May 1 through October 31, it is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. To protect these endangered animals, guests must turn off balcony lights by 9:00 PM and close all Gulf-facing drapes to prevent disorienting turtles. Please be aware that substantial fines may be levied for violations of these federal protections.
