Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late check-outs may be requested in advance for a fee (1-2 hours: $100; 2-3 hours: $200), though these are not guaranteed. Pets are allowed with a $100 fee for up to 2 pets; however, please note that cats are not permitted.

To maintain the home, smoking is strictly prohibited ($200 fine), and food and drink are not allowed in the bedrooms, with the exception of closed water bottles. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be 21+ years of age. Please be aware that the driveway is not available for guest use as the owner occasionally accesses the garage for boat storage. Garage access is strictly prohibited for guests. All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, including verification and a signed rental agreement, prior to arrival.
