About Property

Discover the magic of the Secret Tunnel House, a bright contemporary pool home in Davenport, Florida, designed for families seeking an extraordinary getaway. This newly renovated and freshly furnished retreat combines modern luxury with whimsical surprises, including a secret tunnel for children to uncover and a stunning games room for endless entertainment.

The home is thoughtfully configured with 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are a highlight, featuring three king-size bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Downstairs, guests can enjoy sophisticated Avatar and Disney theming, with options including a wooden crib or a small child's single bed. The interior is designed for gathering and relaxation. A spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and new plank flooring creates an airy feel, while the modern kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless steel appliances. For meals, choose between breakfast bar seating or a formal dining area featuring a fairytale wooden table reminiscent of Cinderella's castle. Entertainment continues in the well-equipped games room, featuring foosball, shuffleboard, a basketball shoot, arcade games, and cozy sofa seating with a TV.

Outdoor living is centered around a private pool deck that spans the full width of the home, featuring a larger than average swimming pool and plenty of space to lounge in the Florida sunshine. For extra fun, a full-size Connect 4 board is available, and a safety fence is provided for those traveling with small children.

Thank you for considering a stay with Fairways Florida Villas. We are a professional property management company that is family-run and established for over 15 years. We care for 80+ homes in the Orlando area and strive to uphold high standards of cleaning and maintenance. In return, we ask guests to respect the home for the enjoyment of all.

If you would like pool/spa heat, please request this in advance - heating is $30 per day (3 day min), although may be discounted for long stays. Guests use pool at own risk.

All pools are cleaned once per week. BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The property is within a HOA-managed community which ensures a high standard environment. Any HOA rules or resulting violation fines will be the responsibility of the guest. Key considerations are excessive noise after 10pm and parking - please use the driveway - no parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk / mailboxes at any time.

Please speak with us before sending mail to the home, as not all properties are set up to receive from USPS.

No pets or smoking inside is permitted - guests will be charged an additional clean fee to cover additional cleaning costs.

The person making the booking must be 25 years of age or over.

We ask guests to report any maintenance items and we reserve the right to enter for resolving urgent items. Issues reported after departure will not be compensated.

The home is self-catered (your own groceries/supplies are required) although we do leave some complimentary welcome items (dishsoap, cloth, dishwasher tab, trash bag, kitchen paper roll, coffee/tea pack, a toilet roll and soap bar per bathroom) for an easy arrival.

Due to staffing and cleaning availability over the holidays, arrivals on Dec 25th are not possible unless pre-agreed.

Please advise if a late checkout is required at least 48 hours in advance. If possible, a $45 amount is due. Unauthorized late checkouts will be billed where the cleaner arrives but cannot clean.

Feel free to message us and ask any questions you may have before booking.
