About Property

Discover a perfect blend of modern-farmhouse style and accessible comfort at the Barnwood Suite in Berlin, Ohio. As the only fully handicap-accessible suite at Main Street Lodge, this inviting space is thoughtfully appointed by Sheiyah Market with gray-stained reclaimed lumber and gray trim, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere for your Amish Country getaway.

Designed for effortless comfort, the suite features 1 bedroom with a very comfy KING bed and 1 bathroom, though it can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to a queen-sized memory-foam Sleeper Sofa in the living area. The layout is open and welcoming, with the bedroom attached to the living room. For ultimate relaxation, the bedroom holds a luxurious Jacuzzi tub for two, while the living room invites you to unwind by the beautiful gas fireplace or enjoy the 55” 4K TV.

Since this suite is located in the heart of town, you can park once in your reserved spot and wander through the local shops and restaurants for days without the stress of hunting for parking. If you need a morning pick-me-up, simply grab a coffee and pastry at the Blue Sky Cafe right next door, or visit Main Street Fudge and Popcorn for a sweet treat after dinner.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the suite is fully equipped for a seamless stay. The fully appointed kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, gas range, Keurig coffee-maker, and microwave, complemented by a dining area with a table and chairs for four. The large bathroom provides an accessible shower and sink, and for your convenience, a hair-dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. Access is easy with a private outside entrance that has no stairs from Main Street (or eleven stairs up from Oak Street).

Your peace of mind is a priority; the suite is professionally sanitized before every stay, including all bedding and linens. Guests enjoy total privacy as there are no common indoor spaces and no shared ventilation.

Welcome to the Barnwood Suite at Main Street Lodge. We will do all we can to insure that your experience with us is a delight. We strive to maintain a clean environment of safety and comfort for all of our guests. If you find that you are missing anything you need, or if you find anything in your space to be broken, or in disrepair, please report it to us immediately, so that we can remedy the situation early in your stay. We work hard to earn positive 5-star reviews and we love to give positive 5-star reviews to our guests. That said, failure to follow these house rules and check-out procedures may result in less than glowing reviews and/or additional fees.
- Please be respectful of other guests, quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Pets are not allowed at Main Street Lodge.
- No vaping or smoking of any kind allowed in any Main Street Lodge properties. Please smoke/vape outside, away from entrances and other guests, and do not throw butts on the ground.
- Your unit has a fireplace, it is operated via a timer switch adjacent to the fireplace. Note that the pilot light is always burning and can be seen even when the fireplace is not turned on. This is normal and no cause for concern.
- The Main Street patio on the front of the Lodge is available for the relaxation and comfort of all Lodge guests.
- When showering, please keep bathroom door closed and exhaust fan running, until all steam dissipates. Steam, like smoke, will set off all smoke detectors, causing a great commotion throughout the entire Lodge, and also summons the fire department to your door.

- Please do not use confetti or glitter-covered or filled decorations inside or outside your unit.
- Please do not tape decorations to any surface.

- Reservations must include the correct number of guests. In some cases, this can affect the room rate. Airbnb hosts reserve the right to confirm the number of guests and charge additional fees, if applicable.
- Please respect other guests and respect our property as your own. We know that accidents happen so please let us know about any damages that may occur during your stay.
