EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT INFORMATION

. Check-in Begins at 4pm* EST ( NOT BEFORE) . Check-out is at 10am EST SHARP . Your full detailed check in information such as full address, new gate code, new door code and more will be send automatic 24 hrs at 4pm of your check in date through Airbnb Inbox. Please Confirm with a quick message that you received and understand the instructions sent. . Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability and Advanced notice . It may require an additional cost. . Please know that you are responsible to Understand and to have your check in information in hand upon your check in time.

#ACCESS KEY Inside the condo, you will find an access key Card. Please use it to have access to Resort Amenities ( no extra cost needed ) and before check out make sure to leave on designated spot. We are charged for each key, so if yours is gone missing after check out we’ll have to change you a fee $ 25.

LATE CHECK IN INFORMATION

Although we are a self check in property and we do not charge for late check in we do ask and strongly advise our guests to inform us of any late check in after 7 pm, in case of anything unexpected happen during your check in process we have staff Member Available to assist you . Please Know that without notice we may not be unable to help you until the following day.

#LET US KNOW Communication is the key for any solution! We kindly ask to let us know of any unexpected problem or any concerns that may appear during your stay, we'll be happy to assist or send maintenance to fix the situation for you. Remember without knowing we won't be able to help you and after check out it will be too late.

#CLEANING INFORMATION AND FEES: • Lines, Towels, plates , including MAKE UP TOWELS are Part of the inventory if gone missing after you check out a automatic charge $30 per item will be deduct from Damaged Deposit and Remaining from Credit Card on File .

    • Before you leave, please take the trash out (the bin is located right In front of the Apt

door) , dirty dishes go inside the dishwasher, extra cleaning will cost you extra charge direct on your Card & Account .

    • It is Prohibited to Smoke inside of the condo.


    • Extra Cleaning after check out Will Cost you Extra Fee !

There is no need for our guests to clean the apartment, as a Check out procedure! Please note: Stains such as, wine , sauce, hard candy , soft candy, make up, Hair products, food , blood in linens, towels, carpet , pillows, sofa, curtains even in the walls Will cost you extra fee. We understand that accidents Happens! But those stains require special cleaning and for that an additional cleaning fee.

#FREE PARKING Although parking spots are not assigned, there are plenty of spaces available on property. Building front parking not guaranteed ( No extra Fee Applied).

#LINENS AND CONDO SUPPLY POLICY Linens, kitchen wares, and towels including MAKEUP TOWELS are part of the condo's inventory. It is housekeeping's and Maintenance's job to check inventory and condo status list after every check out. If any item on the check list is unaccounted, an automatic $30 per item will be charged and deducted from Damage Deposit or Card on file.

If you didn't check the house rules on the web, it’s ok there is plenty informative papers around the condo. Please make sure YOU READ THEM so you don't get a surprise call or unwanted changes later on.

#SMOKING POLICY NON SMOKING CONDO Do Not Smoke at all, NONE type of Smoke Inside of the Apartment is accepted , Keep Doors closed at all times or $500.00 Fee will be charged and deducted from your card.

#ON PROPERTY AND NEARBY AMENITIES Make sure to check the second pool as well, they have happy hours activities, Bar, Food, Game Room, Kids Pool , Jacuzzi & Gym!

#REMINDER: WE DO NOT PROVIDE POOL TOWELS. Regular white towels is one set ( 1 Small, 1 medium , 1 Large ) per Guest displayed on each bed .
