The outdoor space features an in-ground pool and a bubbling spa surrounded by a spacious textured concrete deck, complete with sun loungers and outdoor dining for six. Inside, the home is equipped for entertainment with a dedicated games room featuring a ping pong/billiard table, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, and multiple flat-screen TVs throughout the living areas and bedrooms.

Situated within the premier Solterra Resort, the property is nestled along real Florida wetlands where bountiful flora and fauna create a scenic backdrop. Guests have access to an expansive zero-entry resort pool, lazy river, waterslide, fitness center, and sports courts. Please be aware that the Solterra Resort Clubhouse will undergo enhancements to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar area from September 8, 2026, through approximately December 14, 2026, though other amenities like Café Sol and the fitness center will remain open.
