Welcome to The Maple Suite at Main Street Lodge. We will do all we can to insure that your experience with us is a delight. We strive to maintain a clean environment of safety and comfort for all of our guests. If you find that you are missing anything you need, or if you find anything in your space to be broken, or in disrepair, please report it to us immediately, so that we can remedy the situation early in your stay. We work hard to earn positive 5-star reviews and we love to give positive 5-star reviews to our guests. That said, failure to follow these house rules and check-out procedures may result in less than glowing reviews and/or additional fees.

• Please be respectful of other guests, quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• Pets are not allowed at Main Street Lodge.
• No vaping or smoking of any kind allowed in any Main Street Lodge properties. Please smoke/vape outside, away from entrances and other guests, and do not throw butts on the ground.
• Your unit has a fireplace, it is operated via a timer switch adjacent to the fireplace. Note that the pilot light is always burning and can be seen even when the fireplace is not turned on. This is normal and no cause for concern.
• The Main Street patio on the front of the Lodge is available for the relaxation and comfort of all Lodge guests.
• When showering, please keep bathroom door closed and exhaust fan running, until all steam dissipates. Steam, like smoke, will set off all smoke detectors, causing a great commotion throughout the entire Lodge, and also summons the fire department to your door.
• Your unit is equipped with a Hot Tub, please do not use bubble bath, bath salts, or bath bombs; be sure to shower prior to use, and wipe off your feet before entering. We work hard to maintain a clean and sterile environment for the enjoyment of our guests.
• Please do not use confetti or glitter-covered or filled decorations inside or outside your unit.
• Please do not tape decorations to any surface.
• The appropriate check-out instructions are sent via your booking platform one day prior to checkout and can also be found in the house manual. We appreciate your help in preparing for our housekeeping staff by following our checkout instructions.
• Reservations must include the correct number of guests. In some cases, this can affect the room rate. Airbnb hosts reserve the right to confirm the number of guests and charge additional fees, if applicable.
• Please respect other guests and respect our property as your own. We know that accidents happen so please let us know about any damages that may occur during your stay.
