For additional guests, there are 3 pull-out couches - 2 located in the spacious living room and 1 in the den area.

Key features include a private heated pool maintained at 87°F (weather permitting), attached hot tub, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and on-site washer and dryer. The outdoor space features a patio with furniture and BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying Florida's beautiful weather. Inside, guests will find air conditioning, heating, indoor fireplace, WiFi, dedicated workspace, and a TV for entertainment. The property includes private parking and self check-in with keypad entry for your convenience.

This pet-friendly home welcomes furry family members with advance notice and applicable fees. Pet fees are $25 per day per pet, reducing to $150 per week or $300 per month for extended stays. Please note that bully breeds are not permitted, and pets over 25 pounds or multiple pets require prior approval.

Important house rules ensure a peaceful experience for everyone: all hours are designated as quiet hours out of respect for neighbors, no parties are permitted on-site, and smoking is only allowed outdoors in the backyard area. Undisclosed guests incur a $500 fine per person, and undisclosed pets result in a $500 charge. The pool is recommended for swimmers only, and guests should not remove pool monitoring or cleaning devices.

Check-in begins at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. All guests must complete verification through Know Your Guest screening service before arrival. Please note that exterior security cameras are present on the property for safety purposes, and periodic maintenance may occur with advance notice when possible.
