The heart of the home is the large, fully appointed kitchen that opens to the main living space. You'll find everything needed to cook and entertain, including a full range of cooking basics, dishes and silverware, plus modern appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining table provides the perfect gathering spot for meals.

Stay connected with high-speed WiFi capable of streaming, plus limited cable TV with local channels and Starz movies in the living room. The home features air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. A dedicated workspace makes this ideal for remote work or business travelers.

Smoking is permitted outside in the backyard only. Guest screening through Know Your Guest is required before arrival. The property features exterior security cameras and comprehensive safety equipment including smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
