Three full bathrooms, including a convenient half-bath downstairs, ensure comfort for all guests.

Terra Verde Resort sits on Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee, offering convenient access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Central Florida's countless attractions. This 24-hour gated community surrounds a pristine 3-acre stocked fishing lake and features an award-winning clubhouse with heated community pool, poolside tiki bar (closed Mondays and Tuesdays), fitness center, sauna, game room, cinema with movie nights, children's playground, and recreational activities including basketball, volleyball, miniature golf, tennis, and table tennis. Additional services include concierge assistance, massage therapy, free WiFi, ATM, and mobile charging stations. A rental car is highly recommended for exploring the area.

Important guest information: All guests must sign a rental agreement and register at the clubhouse within 24 hours of arrival. Gate passes cost $25 per vehicle for resort fast-lane access. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM - late checkout fees may apply. Please do not send mail or packages to the property. BBQ grill rentals available for additional cost. Trash must be bagged properly and placed in designated collection bins. Guests must present reservations at the security gate and maintain the property in its original condition.
