About Property

Discover a piece-of-heaven on earth at Breezy Oak Villa, a terrific and intimately private tropical retreat located in Davenport, Florida. Situated just two miles south of the Disney World property, this beloved home offers the most relaxing vacation experience, serving as a unique sanctuary for couples or families looking to escape the hustle while staying close to all the action of Central Florida.

This comfortable villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout is designed for both togetherness and privacy: three double bedrooms (including a mix of twins and a queen) and the main bath are located on one side of the home. The master suite is situated on the opposite side, featuring a King double pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower that provides direct access to the lanai.

Designed to raise the standard for Orlando rentals, the home includes high-quality furniture and a well-equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware that exceed typical vacation home standards. For entertainment, guests can enjoy an air-conditioned games room featuring a quality slate pool table and full-size air hockey, alongside an X-Box console and a video library of family movies.

The highlight of the property is the amazing privacy of the south-facing pool. Surrounded by a landscaped yard and bordered by a beautiful conservation forest, the pool area has no rear or side neighbors, ensuring you can relax in the 89° water without distraction. The screened-in enclosure keeps out debris, while the covered lanai provides a perfect space to listen to tropical birds and the distant Epcot fireworks.

Located in the safe Thousand Oaks community, the villa is a short 15-minute drive to the Magic Kingdom. Guests can enjoy evening strolls by the lake in a neighborhood where children can play outside unattended.

Additional rules
Guest must agree to our own Terms and Conditions and complete a separate booking form. All booking and arrival information is provided directly to guests by our own management system.

PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILED INFORMATION FIRST. Feel free to inquire before using the ‘Book It!’ button.
- All periods are subject to seasonal minimum stays, which may be greater than indicated on this page.
- Typical minimums are 5-7 nights, however shorter stay bookings MAY be accepted for pre-existing gaps in our calendar, which will be quoted at the best price possible.
- Shorter than normal minimum stays and/or last minute bookings are subject to additional security scrutiny.
- The rates shown on this page are accurate on a nightly basis, but may not be correct in total if the dates requested do not meet the minimum stay requirements.

Christmas Bookings

Due to the Holiday Season being a Peak Demand time in Orlando, bookings are subject to the following requirements:

Bookings are subject to a minimum charge of one week/seven nights. One week bookings may include either Christmas Eve through Boxing Day (the day after Christmas), or New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, but not both. In other words, one week (or less) bookings MUST have an arrival or departure date on December 27th through December 29th. This is done to leave a full week available around the unbooked holiday for other guests to book. Bookings which fail to meet this criteria, regardless of length, will be subject to a minimum charge of two weeks/fourteen nights. In other words, a guest could book only six nights, for example December 26th to January 1st, but would be subject to the minimum fourteen nights charge. The minimum periods/charges apply to any additional or extra options added to the rental.

We are Florida licensed, professional hosts with multiple properties, over 16 years experience, thousands of guest stays, and hundreds of 5-star reviews.

A Separate Booking Form, Terms & Conditions and $500 Account/Security Deposit (Credit Card Authorization Only-No Payment) are required to rent. These are administered outside of AirBnB.

Your understanding is appreciated.
