The main living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV. Downstairs, you will find a cozy queen bedroom with its own smart TV. The upper level features a versatile loft with a sofa and smart TV, a cartoon-themed twin room, and a queen-over-queen bunk room, both of which share a hall bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. For maximum privacy, two spacious king master bedrooms are situated toward the back, each featuring a wall-mounted smart TV and an en-suite bath.
Step outside to your own private oasis, featuring a screened-in pool area complete with sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, and a convenient half bath. Guest Guidelines: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain a pristine atmosphere, this is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Parking is limited to 3 cars per resort rules; vehicles must not block the sidewalk or park on the street to avoid fines. The lead guest must be 25 years of age or older. Please note that a one-time departure cleaning fee and an Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee are required. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, and BBQs are available for rental.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed Tax is not included in nightly rates There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property. We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made. This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental. Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation. Max of 4 cars per address. Please do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined. No parking is allowed by any "blue" painted curb; vehicles will be towed within 24 hours.
