If you require a pack and play or highchair, please send a request 24 hours prior to your arrival. Pool Heating: Available at a rate of $40 USD per day, with a three-day minimum. Pool heater must be requested 2 days before check-in as it will take time to heat and we cannot guarantee the functionality on cold weathers or due to breakdowns. Grill: Available for $120 / stay. Includes: delivery of propane tank and cleaning. Pets: We allow pets for a cost of $100 per pet per stay. However, due to severe allergies, cats are not allowed.

Check-in/Check-out: Please respect the timings. Late check out is $300 No Shoes: Keep your shoes in the provided cabinets.

Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. Illegal substances are also prohibited. Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Parties: No parties or events, please. Quiet Hours: Let’s maintain peace between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Eating: Enjoy meals in the dining room, no food or drinks in the bedrooms. House Care: Please handle furnishings, décor, and fixtures carefully. Any damage beyond the security deposit will be charged. Report Damages: Notify us immediately about any damages. Open Flames: For safety, no open flames or candles. Trash: Please make sure all trash is removed from the property and placed in the proper trash chute/dumpster. Please make sure all dirty dishes have been washed and put away.

Furniture: Please don't move or rearrange any furniture or accessories. Walls: No drawing or scribbling on walls or wallpapers. Equipment: Don't attempt to adjust pool equipment, HVAC units, electrical breakers, or routers. Contact us for any issues.

Exceeding the the max capacity of the house will incur a penalty of $100 per person per day Violating these rules may result in fines of up to $2000.

SWIMMING POOLS- USAGE: If the property you are renting has a swimming pool, you hereby acknowledge and agree, that your party and any guests at the property, use the pool ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Only accomplished swimmers should use the swimming pool and children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. It is recommended for young children a floatation device is used in the pool. MANAGEMENT accepts absolutely no responsibility, nor liability for your use of the pool, nor anyone in your party or guests at the property. MANAGER is hereby held harmless for any injury or accident which may occur.

Important Check-In Information for Last-Minute & Back-to-Back Reservations For last-minute bookings and back-to-back reservations, check-in time is set to 8:00 PM to allow sufficient time for cleaning and property preparation.

Pest & Maintenance Disclaimer

Please note that in Florida, bugs and insects are extremely common due to the warm, humid climate. Even with regular professional pest control, occasional sightings may still occur—this is normal and not necessarily a sign of poor cleanliness or maintenance.

We also have routine lawn care and pool maintenance services scheduled to keep the property in top condition. These vendors may access the yard or pool area during your stay. They are licensed professionals and will respect your privacy as much as possible.
