2. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
3. Pets: Prior notice and written approval are required for pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee and may result in cancellation of the stay.
4. Pool & Safety Rules: • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. • Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times in pool and driveway areas. • No diving. • No running on the pool deck. • No unattended minors or pets on the property at any time.
5. Glass-Free Pool Zone: No glass is permitted in the pool area. Plastic or reusable non-breakable drinkware only.
6. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
7. Pool Equipment: Do not remove or tamper with the pool cleaner/vacuum. Damage or removal will result in a $500 charge.
⚠️ Rule Violations: Violation of house rules, unauthorized gatherings, or substantiated noise complaints may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.

💲 Refund Policy: Any discretionary courtesy refunds or adjustments, if applicable, will be processed after the reservation has concluded.

IMPORTANT: This property includes a private swimming pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool and surrounding outdoor areas involves inherent risks, including drowning, slip and fall injuries, and other bodily harm. The booking guest is responsible for the supervision and safety of all occupants and visitors in their party, especially children and non-swimmers. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the pool and outdoor areas is at the guest’s own risk.
