CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. That’s because before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check ins, however we do make exceptions whenever possible if arranged beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PARKING There is sufficient parking beside the cabin.

ENTERING THE PROPERTY From the parking area, walk up the steps and enter the front door and the porch.

HOUSE RULES ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are not allowed. •Please do not enter bedrooms that will not be used during your stay. We want to keep them clean for the next guests. ● No smoking ● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No food or drinks in the bedrooms. ● No candles or other open flames. ● Please turn off most of the lights when you leave. Leave a few lights on. ● Please take off your shoes when inside the home. ● Please be sure to put all trash in the dumpster. ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. ● If you break or damage something, please let us know, and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

LINENS

● Sheets: There are extra sheets and linens in the storage ottoman in the living room. ● Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are in a drawer in the kitchen.

TV • There is no TV in the unit. (We encourage family and friend time)

DEPARTURE • Please make sure the dishes are cleaned before you leave. • Please put all the wet towels and wash clothes in the bathroom on a pile. • Please do not strip the bed.
