CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. That’s because before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins, however we do make exceptions whenever possible if arranged beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PARKING This is a stand alone unit; therefore, you will be the only guests on the premises during your stay. There is sufficient parking in the driveway.

ENTERING THE PROPERTY From the parking area, follow the sidewalk to the front door.

HOUSE RULES ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are not allowed. ● No smoking ● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No food or drinks in the bedrooms. ● No candles or other open flames. ● Please turn off most of the lights when you leave. Leave a few lights on. ● Please take off your shoes when inside the home. ● Please be sure to put all trash in the trash can beside the garage. Be sure and secure the lids. We love raccoons but not in the trash. :)
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. ● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

LINENS If you need any additional towels or sheets during your stay, feel free to use the washer and dryer whenever needed. ● Bath Towels: You can find the extra bath towels in the bathroom. ● Sheets: There are extra sheets and linens in the linen closet at the top of the stairs.
● Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are in a drawer in the kitchen to the left of the sink.

TV • There is no TV in the unit. (We encourage family time) However, there is high speed internet available. • Washer and dryer: Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

CONTACT DETAILS Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or requests via messaging. DEPARTURE • Please make sure the dishes are cleaned before you leave. • Please put all wet towels and wash clothes in the laundry room. DO NOT PUT THEM ON BEDS! • Please strip the beds and put the linens in the laundry room in the basement. • When you leave, please make sure the temp is set at 68 degrees in winter and 72 in summer.
