Don't be fooled by the cozy exterior; the interior is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout features 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the main level, you will find an inviting living area, a dining space, a laundry room, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The upper level provides additional space for everyone to spread out, featuring two more queen bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The entire home is tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere for every guest.

Step outside to enjoy the true highlights of the property. You can sip your morning coffee on the spacious covered front porch while taking in peaceful countryside views, or gather on the patio with seating around the fire pit as the sun sets over the surrounding farms. CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. That’s because before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins, however we do make exceptions whenever possible if arranged beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PARKING This is a stand alone unit; therefore, you will be the only guests on the premises during your stay. There is sufficient parking in the driveway.

ENTERING THE PROPERTY From the parking area, follow the sidewalk to the front door. The door code will be sent to you.

HOUSE RULES ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are not allowed. •Please do not enter bedrooms that will not be used during your stay. We want to keep them clean for the next guests. ● No smoking
● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No food or drinks in the bedrooms. ● No candles or other open flames.
● Please turn off most of the lights when you leave. Leave a few lights on. ● Please take off your shoes when inside the home. ● Please be sure to put all trash in the trash barrel in the storage barn. The keys for the storage barn are located inside the cabin on the left. ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. ● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

LINENS If you need any additional towels or sheets during your stay, feel free to use the washer and dryer whenever needed. ● Bath Towels: You can find the extra bath towels in each bathroom.
● Sheets: There are extra sheets and linens in the drawers below the beds. ● Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are in a drawer in the Kitchen

TV • There is no TV. • Washer and dryer: Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

CONTACT DETAILS Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or requests via messaging. DEPARTURE • Please make sure the dishes are cleaned before you leave. • Please put all wet towels and wash clothes in the washer. You do not need to start the load. DO NOT PUT THEM ON BEDS! • Please strip the beds that were used and put the sheets on a pile on the bed • When you leave, please make sure the temp is set at 72 degrees.
