Discover a true hunter's paradise at the Hunting Cabin, nestled in the heart of God's country in Blue Rock, Ohio. Set on 65 expansive acres and abutting the AEP Recreation lands, this retreat offers an unparalleled escape for those seeking the great outdoors and a quiet, calm, and peaceful environment perfect for relaxation and reflection.

The lodge is designed for group comfort and functionality, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a Queen bed and a second bedroom equipped with 4 bunks. For additional flexibility, there are lofts over each bedroom where two air mattresses could fit if needed, and the living room includes a sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to 8 guests. The living area is outfitted with a TV and recliners for evening unwinding.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy the afternoon in the outside sitting area with several chairs, relax on the sun deck, or gather around the fire pit area. For those with larger parties, an adjacent bunk house that sleeps 6 is available for an additional charge, and there is ample space for camping or bringing an RV (please call for pricing).

Located just 20 minutes from Duncan Falls and McConnelsville, the property is a haven for wildlife. Deer and turkey are spotted daily, and the northern border connects to thousands of acres of public AEP land. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site pond and the proximity to several other AEP public ponds and lakes. Please note that we do not feed animals and do not provide guided tours.

• Water Usage: The price includes 1,500 gallons of potable water per week. Additional water can be delivered with a day's notice for a fee (up to $125).
• Requirements: All guests must sign damage waivers upon or before arrival.
