Designed as a hideaway in every sense of the word, the home features a layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a primary first-floor bedroom with a king bed, a second-floor loft bedroom featuring a queen bed, a metal canopy bed, and a stone wall, and a queen sofa bed located in the open living space. Guests in the loft can enjoy a private balcony providing the best views of the surrounding scenery.

Inside, the aesthetic is defined by a steel-framed kitchen, concrete-inspired floors, dark wood, and riveted metal accents that pay homage to the trains that once crossed the Hocking River. The heart of the home is an open floor plan with cozy living, dining, and kitchen areas centered around a massive 16’ metallic gas fireplace and a stunning wall of floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer panoramic vistas of the river below.

Outdoor living is just as extraordinary. The large outdoor patio and riverfront deck provide plenty of seating to take in the views and include a private hot tub, a wood-burning fireplace, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.
