Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main level is home to a king primary suite with a private bath and convenient laundry access. The lower level offers a cozy queen guest bedroom and a versatile bunk room featuring a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk, ensuring plenty of space for your group.

Outdoor living is where Spotted Fawn truly shines. Guests can unwind on two expansive levels of decks equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, including rockers and benches. The lower deck hosts a private hot tub with wooded views, while the property features two distinct fire pits—one on the deck for sunset sipping and a large yard fire pit perfect for s'mores and storytelling under the stars. A flat grassy yard provides a wonderful space for kids and dogs to play.

Inside, the open-concept living space is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and spacious dining areas for gathering after a day of exploration.

Located in a prime Beech Mountain location, you are just 1.7 miles from the Beech Mountain Ski Resort (which offers summer biking and chairlift rides). You are also minutes away from local trails, waterfalls, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Banner Elk's wineries and restaurants are a 20-minute drive, while Grandfather Mountain is approximately 40 minutes away.

• Parking: Paved access for 4-5 vehicles; AWD/4WD required in winter
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome ($50 fee per dog)
• Booking Requirements: Must be 25+ to book; Rental Reservation Agreement and House Rules must be signed within 48 hours of booking
• Propane: 1 tank provided free; additional tanks available for $30
• Deposit: 50% refundable deposit required within 24 hours of booking
• Cancellation: Full refund 14+ days before arrival; 50% refund 8-14 days before; no refund 1-7 days before (medical exceptions apply)
