This residence features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 5 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 16 guests to relax in comfort. The layout is thoughtfully distributed across three floors. On the main level, the master bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful view, while a second guest room also provides a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The upper level contains two queen bedrooms sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom. For additional flexibility, the lower level includes rooms with varied sleeping arrangements, including king, queen, and bunk bed configurations, supported by a shared hallway bathroom.

The heart of the home is the main level great room, boasting wood flooring, high vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, and a wall of windows that frame long-range mountain vistas. Guests can lounge on oversized leather furniture around the gas log fireplace and big screen Smart TV. This space flows seamlessly into an upscale kitchen and dining room featuring a banquet-style dining table. Beyond the kitchen, a sunroom with a breakfast table offers a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. For entertainment, the lower level boasts a game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, darts, and a wet bar. Outdoor living is elevated by both upper and lower decks perfect for breathing in the fresh mountain air.

Situated just two miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, the location is ideal for winter sports and year-round adventure. Nearby attractions include the Emerald Outback hiking and biking trail park, The Land of Oz, and Buckeye Recreation Center. Downtown Banner Elk is a short 15-minute drive away for local dining and shopping.

• 4WD/AWD and tire chains are recommended for winter travel

Guests are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for their stay, subject to BMC policies and a transfer fee starting at $300. Please note that as of January 1, 2027, the Beech Mountain Club will no longer allow membership transfers.
