The top floor offers a quiet retreat with a second super comfy King bed and full bath. On the bottom floor, you will find a third comfy King bed with backyard access, an ultra comfy Queen bed, and a secret camping-themed kids room featuring two twin beds under teepee canopies.

Practical Details:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Self-serve via smart lock)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limited to 2 large vehicles or 3 medium vehicles; additional parking must be secured offsite.
• Pets: One low-shedding dog is permitted with a $425 fee. Pets must be crated when alone and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• House Rules: No smoking, vaping, parties, glitter, or hair dye. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Ski boots are strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Hot Tub: Must be 18+, shower before entry, no glass, and no creams or sunscreen.
