This spacious three-level home is designed for connection and relaxation, featuring 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the home: the primary suite boasts a California King bed, a private deck for soaking in the mountain air, and a spa-style bathroom. Two additional guest rooms each feature a Queen bed and Smart TVs, ensuring every guest has a comfortable place to retreat.

While the structured amenities list is currently empty, the home is described as a full-experience destination. The main level centers around an open-concept living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. For those seeking entertainment, the lower level is a game room paradise featuring air hockey, a pool table, a poker table, a Pac-Man arcade, an Xbox console, a karaoke system, and a basketball hoop.

Outdoor living is where Nana Patti’s House truly shines. Guests can unwind in the 6-person hot tub with ambient lighting, gather around the propane firepit, or lounge in the hammock swing. The property also features multiple decks with dining areas that can seat up to 14 people, all overlooking the breathtaking landscape with a peaceful creek running below.

Located just minutes from the Beech Mountain Ski Resort, the home is also within a short drive to the shops and wineries of Banner Elk (15-20 minutes) and the town of Boone (30 minutes).

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No pets allowed
• No shoes inside (slippers are highly recommended)
• No smoking or vaping inside or on the decks
• No parties or events; small gatherings under 10 are permitted
• Parking: Driveway space for 2-3 vehicles
• Seasonal Access: From December 1st to March 15th, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required for safe access due to winter conditions
• Booking: Guests must be 25 or older to book
• Deposit: A 50% refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking
