Situated just shy of 5,000 feet above sea level, this luxurious retreat provides the perfect blend of sophisticated design and cozy mountain charm.

The home is thoughtfully configured with 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, accompanied by 4 bathrooms. The main level features a master bedroom with a king bed and separate bathroom, offering a private door for seclusion and direct access to a covered deck for morning sunrises. The middle level hosts three additional bedrooms, including one king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two queen bedrooms that share a common bathroom. On the lower level, an elegantly decorated suite with a king bed and attached bathroom provides additional comfort.

The top floor is designed for gathering, featuring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams throughout the great room, dining room, and kitchen. A wall of windows frames spectacular layered mountain views, while a leather sectional surrounds a stone gas-log fireplace, creating a cozy focal point for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The spacious kitchen is equipped with custom granite countertops, a granite sink, and a unique live-edge bar top that provides seating for four.

For entertainment, the lower level offers a second den complete with a billiard table, a TV, and a buck stove, along with a surprise cozy nook under the stairs perfect for children. Two separate decks provide ample space to enjoy the million-dollar views with your morning coffee.

Located just five minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, guests have easy access to skiing, snowboarding, tubing, mountain bike trails, and disc golf.
