Also on the main level is a queen suite with its own private bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a queen bedroom and a bunk room equipped with a twin-over-full bunk and twin trundle, both sharing a full bathroom with a tiled shower.

The heart of the home is an open great room with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, abundant natural light, and expansive windows showcasing the mountains. Relax by the stacked-stone gas fireplace with comfortable leather seating or enjoy the 70-inch smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, a large island with seating for three, and a dining table that seats eight.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This home allows up to 2 mature dogs (max 75lbs each); other pets are not permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve. Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Please note that 4WD/AWD vehicles are required from November to March. Private ATVs are not permitted in the community. An additional amenity fee applies to all stays to maintain the community facilities.
