A well-appointed kitchen is ready for the group chef, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel double ovens, a five-burner gas stove, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. This level includes three bedrooms, including a primary suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring granite countertops, a double vanity, and a large soaking tub. Outside, a large upper deck offers a gas grill, a tiled outdoor table for al fresco dining, and a relaxing hammock.

The lower level is a haven for the young at heart, featuring a game room equipped with a ping-pong table, air hockey, and an 80s-inspired full-size arcade machine, all centered around an 85-inch Roku TV. • Minimum age to reserve: 25 (must stay on property)
• No smoking inside or traces left outside
• No parties or gatherings exceeding posted occupancy
• Do not leave food or trash outside to avoid attracting animals
• Winter Access: Very steep paved driveway; 4WD/AWD and/or chains are required in winter. The home will be inaccessible without them, and no refunds are provided for lack of preparation.
• Additional: A rental agreement must be electronically signed within 60 days of arrival. Firewood bundles are available for purchase ($25 plus tax).
