This inviting residence is designed for families and groups, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The main floor hosts the master bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom boasting gorgeous double vanities, a soaking tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom that is sure to be a hit with kids of all ages, containing two sets of twin bunk beds and two twin trundles for a total of six twin beds. A full bath with a tiled tub/shower combo serves the upper level.

The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, and an island bar. For your convenience, it includes a Keurig coffee pot, waffle maker, air fryer, crock pot, and blender. Relax in the family room by the fireplace or head to the loft for entertainment with a foosball table, air hockey table, and a 1000-game arcade machine.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a private deck, a gas grill, and a private back yard featuring a fire pit and a brand new Bullfrog Spas hot tub under the stars.

Location & Neighborhood Situated within the gated Lodges at Eagles Nest, guests have access to an array of one of a kind community features. The Great Camp offers a BBQ Pavilion, amphitheater for summer concerts, a playground, hiking trails, a mini-golf course, and a 24/7 General Store. The North Pavilion provides sports courts for basketball and pickleball, a dog park, and the Woodland Trail System for hiking and biking. Additionally, the Eagles Nest Winery is available for day passes, offering food and wine (visitors must be 16+).
