The main level hosts the primary bedroom, which boasts a luxurious king bed and an attached bathroom with a soaking tub and hot shower, plus private doors leading directly to the deck. Upstairs, you will find an open loft space perfect for morning yoga or an impromptu dance party. Two additional bedrooms are located on the upper level: one king bedroom with a picture window and a tiled shower with glass doors, and a queen bedroom featuring built-in twin over twin bunks and access to a tiled shower with granite counters.

Designed for gathering, the home features a kitchen and dining area with a granite island and stainless appliances. The living room centers around a fireplace, while double doors open to an outdoor living space equipped with a second gas log fireplace, TV, sectional seating, and a gas grille. For further rejuvenation, a side door leads to a salt water hot tub, with a rock path continuing toward the fire pit.

Guests enjoy access to the extensive Eagles Nest community. Highlights include the Great Camp with the Epic Chophouse, BBQ Pavilion, an amphitheater for summer concerts, a mini-golf course, and hiking trails.
